How to level up fast in Aniimo

Reaching Pathfinder Level 60 takes 267,075 Safaris, and the fastest route to it is to claim every open Elite Training and quest reward first, then run a field loop that stacks Pathfinder Challenges, Lumin Amber and first catches. Your level also stops dead at each title, so a promotion assessment matters more than any farm. Do not treat Sanctums as a Safaris farm; clear them for progression and their other rewards instead.

First, level the right thing

Aniimo has two different level grinds. Safaris raises your Pathfinder Level, unlocks Pathfinder skills and lifts the level cap available to your Aniimo. It does not fill an individual creature's XP bar. That bar needs Aniimo EXP or Growth items, which belong in the Aniimo progression guide.

Two XP systems that should not be mixed up:

Safaris raises your Pathfinder Level and the cap; an Aniimo still fills its own bar.
If the creature is weak, Safaris may not be the answer: A higher Pathfinder Level can raise the cap, but the Aniimo still needs its own XP. Check which bar is short before choosing a farm.
02

Why your level stops, and the title that restarts it

An Aniimo can be trained and Twined up to your own Pathfinder Level, with a floor of 15 and a ceiling set by your current title. Your Pathfinder Level stops at that same ceiling, so both bars freeze together. The game says it plainly on the training screen: promote your character title to raise the level cap. Seven promotion assessments carry you from the opening cap of 15 to the current ceiling of 60.

Every title, the level that opens its assessment, and the cap it lifts
A promotion is a level plus courses, not a level alone: Every assessment asks the same two things: reach the stated level and finish the required Core Courses in that chapter of Elite Training. Four of a chapter’s Core Courses are required, and the assessment stays locked until the chapter’s Core Course quest has been submitted, so start them early rather than at the moment the bar stops. The Elite Training guide tracks every chapter and its Core Courses.
  • The Safaris bar is full and the level will not tick over

    You are at your title ceiling: 25, 35, 40, 45, 50 or 55.

Open Elite Training, finish four required Core Courses in the current chapter and submit the chapter quest, then take the assessment. Nothing else moves the number.

  • An Aniimo stops gaining levels below 60

It has reached your Pathfinder Level or your title cap, whichever is lower.

Raise your own level first. Growth items and Aniimo EXP cannot push a creature past the cap your title allows.

  • The assessment is greyed out even though your level is high enough

The course requirement is the missing half.

Return to the chapter board and finish required courses until four are complete, then revisit the instructor at the outpost.

  • Your Aniimo caps at 15 in the opening hours

That is the starting cap before any title, not a bug.

Take the Student I assessment as soon as it appears. It is the only promotion with no level requirement.

What a frozen bar is telling you

The promotions sit inside the main story, so the two tracks advance together. The story walkthrough shows where each assessment falls, the Veinwalker Assessment walkthrough carries every duel deck and theory answer, and Pathfinder skills lists what each title hands you besides the cap.

The fastest Safaris sources, ranked

  1. 1Fastest available burst

Elite Training, main story and Journey rewards

    Why
These are direct, bundled claims, but each task is finite.
    How
Clear every open objective that overlaps your current route, then claim it immediately.
  2. 2Best sustained route

Pathfinder Challenges, Lumin Amber and first catches

    Why
One trip can advance several Safaris sources while the map still has first clears and discoveries.
    How
Plot a compact loop, then report research and claim regional progress at the end.
  3. Detour when ready

    Alpha and Omega first clears

    Why
They can add Safaris, but attempts consume Primegy.
    How
Take a prepared first clear that is already on your path; do not turn it into the default farm.
  4. Common waste

Sanctums when Safaris is the only goal

    Why
The Sanctum entrance does not name Safaris in its first-clear reward.
    How
Clear for progression, chests and completion; take Safaris from the overworld sources instead.

Follow the ordering, not the pictured number: Individual payouts get rebalanced from patch to patch, so the ranking is what to follow. Read the order here rather than the exact number printed in a screenshot.
04

Empty the claim queue before farming

Start in the menus because a completed objective is faster than any new route. The Elite Training board is the first stop, because its Core Courses are the largest fixed Safaris supply in the game. Look for overlap: an Elite Training Core Course, a Journey objective and a Daily Activity card can sometimes progress during the same field trip.

  1. 1

    Open Elite Training

Claim finished courses first, then track the remaining requirements that match content you were already going to do. Promotion requirements also explain why a capped bar may not move.

  2. 2

    Scan the Log

Prioritize main story and short Journey entries with Safaris in the reward row. Check new Clues because they can expose another Journey objective.

  3. 3

    Collect Course rewards

Core Courses are another listed Safaris source. If a completed course still shows a claim state, collect it before leaving the menu.

  4. 4

    Claim Daily Activity last

Most Daily Activity progress accrues during ordinary combat, catches and exploration. Run the route first, then return for every unlocked milestone reward. The daily board rolls over at 04:00, so check the reset timers before you decide whether a card is worth finishing tonight.

The Elite Training board lists required courses with their reward icons, Track buttons and a 129 of 180 point rail

Daily Activity cards pay 100 or 200 Safaris apiece and fill during normal play, so check the Institute Guide after the route instead of grinding each card in isolation.
05

Build one route that pays several times

The second-best leveling method is not one activity. It is a compact path that combines map first clears, quick world interactions and collection progress. Use the AniimoVerse map to choose a small cluster instead of crossing a whole region for one reward.

  1. 1

Anchor the loop on Pathfinder Challenges

Select uncleared Challenges that your current team can finish quickly and track the nearest one.

  2. 2

    Thread Lumin Amber between fights

Collect visible Lumin Amber on the way. It is a quick Safaris interaction, so the detour should stay short.

  3. 3

Catch species you have not logged

A first catch adds Safaris and advances regional collection progress. Use the catching guide to avoid spending a scarce Aniipod on routine entries.

  4. 4

    Claim regional milestones

Open the region completion screen when a catch pushes it over a threshold instead of leaving the reward unclaimed. The same catch counts toward the collection achievements and trophies, which pay Prismatic Stone Fragments at their milestones.

  5. 5

    Report completed Aniimo research

Finish at the Aniilog and report any research that completed during the loop for another Safaris claim.

Safaris needed for every Pathfinder Level

The curve is gentle to level 35 and then turns hard. The first 25 levels cost 12,075 Safaris between them, less than the 21,950 that level 60 asks for on its own. Read the table as a budget: the middle column is the cost of the next level, the right column is everything from level 1.

Elite Training is the single largest fixed supply on the board: its seven chapters pay 44,300 Safaris across the courses they list, about a sixth of the whole climb to 60 and arrives whether or not you were farming. Everything else in the table has to come from quests, Pathfinder Challenges, Lumin Amber, first catches and reported research.

Level 60 is the ceiling, not the end of the table: The client carries rows past 60 and a Trailblazer II title above Trailblazer I, but no title in this build grants a cap beyond 60. Plan around 60 as the finish line and treat anything above it as content that has not opened.
07

Use bosses and Sanctums for their real rewards

Alpha and Omega clears can award Safaris, but each boss attempt spends Primegy. Treat an uncleared boss as a prepared detour, not an unlimited leveling loop. The world boss guide covers the checks that make that first clear less wasteful.

Sanctums are puzzle dungeons. Take their first-clear reward while you are there for progression, chests or completion, but that entrance icon is not Safaris. Return to the field route when character XP is the only target, and spend the menu time on Elite Training Core Courses instead, where the payout is fixed and already banked.

The slot reads First Clear Reward and pays an unnamed item ×1 plus EXP 200. Safaris is not in that row.
Do not spend Primegy just to chase Safaris: Boss rewards are a bonus to a clear you can already secure. If the team is underbuilt or the clear is uncertain, keep the attempt resource and finish safer claims first.
08

A fast leveling routine

  1. 1Start with tracked claims

Open Elite Training and the Log, claim anything finished, then track objectives that overlap.

  2. 2Run one compact field loop

Chain Pathfinder Challenges, Lumin Amber and first catches without making long single-purpose detours.

  3. 3Convert exploration into claims

Report Aniimo research and collect any regional completion reward triggered by the route.

  4. 4Close every menu loop

Return to Daily Activity, Core Courses, Journey rewards and Elite Training so no completed Safaris claim remains lit.

Frequently asked

What is Safaris in Aniimo?

Safaris is the resource used to raise your Pathfinder Level. The client describes it as raising your character level, unlocking Pathfinder skills and increasing the Aniimo level cap, but Safaris does not directly fill an individual Aniimo's XP bar.

What is the fastest way to level up in Aniimo?

Claim open Elite Training, main story and Journey rewards first. After that finite burst, run a compact route that stacks Pathfinder Challenges, Lumin Amber, first catches, regional progress and reported Aniimo research.

Does Pathfinder Level XP also level my Aniimo?

No. Pathfinder progress raises the cap available to your creatures, but each Aniimo still needs Aniimo EXP or Growth items. Use the Aniimo progression guide for that separate bar.

Why has my Aniimo stopped levelling in Aniimo?

It has reached the lower of your own Pathfinder Level and your title cap. The cap starts at 15 and rises to 25, 35, 40, 45, 50, 55 and finally 60 as you pass the Student I, Student II, Student III, Wayfarer I, Wayfarer II, Wayfarer III and Trailblazer I assessments.

Are Sanctums good for farming Safaris?

No. The Sanctum first-clear reward does not name Safaris. Clear Sanctums for progression, chests and completion, and use the overworld sources in this guide when Safaris is your goal.
